It's amazing how a few simple questions can really start to clear things up in your mind in terms of your approach to career goal setting. You will now be in a position to create an effective action plan.

Here are a few things to note as you move ahead. Remember to state your goals very clearly and in a manner that you are truly able to accept. It's a good idea to visualize yourself achieving your goal and then plan backwards from there. You can get the best results if you confront all your insecurities and expectations right away.
